Core IT Services

At Core Computer Care we understand that IT plays a core part in the running of your business and therefore must be taken seriously when budgeting for it.

We help keep IT costs down by offering fully managed and supported IT infrastructure at a fixed monthly price. We can provide you rented access to onsite servers, network hardware, installation and configuration, maintenance and support. Core enables you to focus on your business without worrying about IT or the costs.

Below is a summary of the services we provide, all support services require a minimum network size of 5 computers, however if you are a small business of 4 computers or less, we offer a complete support solutions , find out more here.

Core Support
Core Essentials Desktop Proactive system monitoring for your desktop, unlimited telephone and remote support, full antivirus protect, discounted rates. £10 per desktop per month
Core Essentials Server Proactive system monitoring for your entire network, unlimited telephone and remote support, full server antivirus protect, discounted rates. £25 per server per month
Core Onsite Unlimited onsite support, PC installation/reinstallation included, Guaranteed same day response. £10 per device per month

Core Backup
Core LiveVault Continuous backup - LiveVault continuously protects your distributed data, from any location, ensuring complete recovery after a loss, unlimited telephone and remote support. £55 PCM (includes 5Gb) £9 per additional Gb
Core Connected Proactive online backup, full system scheduled daily backup, unlimited telephone and remote support. £25 PCM (includes 5Gb) £3 per additional Gb

Core network
Core Network Windows Small Business Server, Server hardware, Network switching, Installation and configuration, Hardware replaced and upgraded as required, Upgrades as new software is released. £7.50 per device per month
